Firenze

So this is my fourth day here!! yay... I can't believe I'm actually here.  The trip here was a long mission full of a combination of restlessness, fear of the unknown, and of course a lot of excitement.  Everything is absolutely perfect :)  Florence is such a great place to be at, and it is so beautiful here that I haven't gotten home sick despite the fact that I'm so sensitive to everything.  There is so much to do that I feel guilty when I'm in the apartment.  The first night here we unpacked, got ready and left to wonder around the city.  Since our apartment isn't near the central area of Florence almost everything was closed but we ended up at a pizzeria, where we met the employees and their friends.  They were extremely friendly because they sat with us and even gave us a round of shots.  The second morning was a bit boring  because we had an orientation, then walked around. The third day we had a guided tour that was actually fun because the tour guide didn't fill the time with too many dates to remember.  That same day Kym and I went to the grocery store.  It was super fun, and we found the yummiest and freshest food.  The nightlife here is great, there is always something to do and people party all week.  Our feet and ankles are swollen and we know we need to rest but just can't!!
